Bassist Geoff Colvin joins URIZEN

We are extremely excited today to announce a new member of the URIZEN family!

Please join us in welcoming our bearded brother GEOFF COLVIN on bass! Geoff has been a longtime friend of the URIZEN camp, as well as a constant fixture in the DFW music scene with bands like Tarim, Bear Witness, and Silene, and we're extremely excited to have him on board.

Working with Geoff over the past few months has been absolutely rejuvenating. His talent on the bass mixed with his endless enthusiasm and a heart as big as his beard makes him such a pleasure to jam with, and his passion for this project is going to make him an absolute asset in the years to come.

Of course is goes without saying that there is absolutely no replacing the larger-than-life Rustin Luther. Rustin built a legacy that this band will always be committed to honoring. Geoff isn't here to fill Rustin's boots; he's here to cobble his own pair and help us keep this wacky, beautiful machine moving forever forward!

So everyone help us to welcome Geoff to the family, and be sure to say hi when we hit the road this summer, with Geoff's big debut coming June 15 at our hometown show at the legendary Trees in Dallas, TX!
